For ages, RK was my favorite series. It isn't QUITE so much now... I still love it, but I don't live and die by doujinshi auctions anymore. At first I didn't intend to make any skins for this series, because there are tons already, but then I checked them out and realized there weren't many I liked, so I decided to make some. That's not to say there are no good ones, or that mine are spectacular, just that I liked them. The second page has most of the manga-style series, and the third has the newest.

I finished the main and equalizer windows on this skin long ago, but wimped out on the playlist. The incomplete skin has been available at Raccoon Girl for months, but then in the middle of the manga-style series I decided to make a playlist for this one rather than wrestle with the Megumi skin. I wouldn't let myself post it until I finished with Megumi, though. The image is from the RK nishiki-e, and if she looks a bit odd in the background there, it's because she's sitting down. I really like this one, and it leads me to believe my skin layouts are getting *less* creative over time... *sob* |

I am a hopeless Kenshin x Kaoru fan and always will be. The image comes from one of my doujinshi... um, hentai doujinshi, actually... the skin's safe for all audiences though. I left a bunch of things (like the equalizer, the shuffle/loop buttons, and the eject button) invisible or non-functioning, and let other things cover parts of faces, yet I'm still pretty happy with the results. The playlist bugs me a bit. Click on Kenshin's nose for the eject thingy, on his scar to turn shuffle on or off, and on the tie in his ponytail for the loop button. I suppose this is more for obsessive 'shippers than people who just want something to put on Winamp. |

Yes indeed, I made a skin with a guy on it. And it's not half bad, either. I wish I'd named it "Hidden Dragon," to be accompanied by an Enishi "Crouching Tiger" skin, but oh well. Can you see the dragon in the background? There really is one. I really like the color scheme here, but the skin as a whole could be better. |

I don't hate Tomoe, she just didn't make an impression on me. But her fans seem to hate Kaoru, so I've been known to say unkind things about her. I didn't really mean them. This is my peace offering. When I first made the skin I was pleased with it, but I dislike the buttons and the snow/stars background now. Another Tomoe skin (same image, different background) is available on the second page. |

The image is from a doujinshi by Tsukumo Teru/Akagane no Sato (I think I got that right...) The color scheme is from Raccoon Girl!, my Kaoru shrine. And I really, really like this skin, even though it's a bit plain over to the left. It's just... cute. But not in a way I find obnoxious. But there are people who don't find Mokona obnoxious, so it's all a matter of opinion. |
