Let's see if I can do better justice to *this* Takahashi creation. I just love it, in part because of an old inside joke involving dog demons ("Feel the power of my powerful power! It's powerful!") but mostly because this is one kickass manga.

This one came from the cover of a soundtrack, apparently - I got the scan from the Inuyasha Shrine. He shoujos up real nice! I can't believe I was able to come up for a workable color scheme for an image that combined Inuyasha, all in red, with blue sky and sakura, but as long as it works... and I'm inclined to think it does. The title is from one of my favorite IY songs. |

From the opening credits of the anime. For those of you who seemed to be deeply, personally hurt that I hadn't seen the anime, take heart. I'm watching it. On Cartoon Network. Don't look at me like that. It's cheap, and if I'm gonna pay for cable I will have my money's worth. Still prefer the manga, but the anime has yet to pull a Rurouni Kenshin Sumo Episode (if you don't know what I'm talking about consider yourself lucky), so it's all good. The screenshot here is a sad, pathetic shadow of the real thing, which is not my best work but not bad. |

Woooo. I'm in love with this skin. Also with the music from the Inuyasha anime, which I still haven't seen or even attempted to, but that's neither here nor there. The skin! Is pretty! And very complete, with minibrowser and shaded eq, even if several buttons (shuffle, loop, and the titlebar controls) are hidden until pressed. The image is a calendar scan from Sengoku Jidai and I had to cut out Kikyou. From the looks of things, there is not a fan alive who would complain about that. I could be wrong. Don't yell at me. |

Another lame-ass title. But who cares? I'm so proud of myself for making a couple skin that's not pink, I can't even tell you. It's odd, all black-brown and gold... like it's a credit card that wants to think it's upscale, or a leather couch, or something. I meant for a little more informal look, since they're sitting around on the grass, but maybe I'll redo it later. Probably not, because I never redo anything. Anyway. I like them both muchly, though I think if I have a favorite it's probably Miroku. I haven't really read enough of the series to decide on what I think of secondary characters. This was initially a big group shot, and I did a surprising amount of editing to have the image still turn out so crappy. I kind of like it, for all its "Corporate Executive Platinum"-ness. |

Sessho-maru is very, very pretty. I actually prefer Inu-Yasha, and in fact named my car after him, but I couldn't find any good images of him. Maybe someday. I'll keep looking. The title of this skin gave me fits - none of the Inu-Yasha characters have any snappy quotes or image songs or anything, so far as I'm aware. I don't really know anything about the anime, although that seems to be the source of this image. So I stole the title from my Rei skin. I'm sure you care. |
