Sigh. Poor FF7. Good game, TERRIBLE fandom. I like it when I'm playing it, but the fanfic and the shrines and the anti-sites and the emails and the... oy. Just puts me off. And, well... Don't you people READ? NO SEPHIROTH. EVER. EVER EVER EVER.

Oooh, now THIS I like. I got me a new color! Sort of... greeny-aqua. Whatever, I think it's pretty, and it's better than going with Aerith's default colors, pink and red. I wasn't expecting it to come out this well, especially given the serious ugliness of the original image I was working with. I guess the shuffle button's a little problematic, but that's all. Lyrics and further babbling in the readme.

I will always call the girl Aerith, because Aeris will always sound, to me, like a model of car. I decline to state a character preference in FF7, because, for once, I don't care to be cussed at about the issue, so just take me as completely neutral. I'm Switzerland. Except without all the money and chocolate.
I'm not sure pink and materia-green work for everyone, but I kind of like the color scheme, and I think the original art (by Angie, and used with permission) is completely adorable. I've been on a couple-skin kick lately, but I think that's nearly over for the moment. |

Okay, this is better. I don't actually hate Tifa; I just find it horribly depressing to think that a skin with her will probably be among the more popular, regardless of quality, just because it's of her. I want people to like my skins because they're good, but, y'know, whatever. She's an okay character (if not a patch on Terra) but she's not *that* great. But this one is Amano art, so you can download the hell out of it and I won't mind at all. Yay! Actually, I *hope* you download the hell out of it, because nothing would give me more pleasure than to have an Amano-art skin crack the jailbait stranglehold on the top downloads (skins of Rikku and Asuka consistently lead the pack.) So go to town with it. |

Well, some of you might like it. I kind of do. Bright colors are kind of a nice change. And I actually like Cait Sith - not for playable reasons, as I never use him, but because he's Reeve and Reeve is my boyfriend. |

Really, the FF7 CG has not aged well at all. She looks like an action figure. Not even a detailed one. I was going to say "she looks like a Barbie doll" but that goes without saying, doesn't it? Initially Tifa (alias "Boobs McChesty") was the one FF7 character I flatly refused to skin; WAY too popular, just for starters. But the titles are easy and the skin just kind of happened. Dammit. I guess at least I can make fun of her here. It's an okay, if unremarkable, skin, but I know everyone's going to download it either out of affection for the character, or fascination with her global assets, so I could probably have made it lime-green and purple and it would still have been popular. *sigh* Well, enjoy, I guess.
