Yes! I am watching it on Cartoon Network! I am DUB FAN! PH33R ME, J0! I either need more caffeine or less, I can't decide which. But, yes, I do watch it on Cartoon Network and I do not care what you think of that. I guess my favorite characters are Bear and BT, but I like everyone, which is weird and unsettling for me since it leaves me with little to snark on. I guess that's okay, because I just love this series; I think, on some level, I have not yet gotten over the sheer amusement I get out of watching what appears to be a straightforward fantasy anime in which the characters lecture newbies about saving games and receive email in mid-conversation.

Meet my current anime husband. ::clings possessively to his arm:: The title might be mildly spoilery if I explained it, but otherwise, not so much. The skin kept trying to turn purple and I fought with it for, like, a week. Still not completely sure I won. I shouldn't do another set of skins like this... they're so heavily reliant on one color that I am sick unto death of that color by the time I get done with it. But it's Bear, so I like it anyway. |

She's one of my favorite characters. I'd like her even better if she could just stop double-crossing Bear for five bloody seconds... But I suppose I'd better not discuss plot. And she has her reasons. The title, in a departure from tradition, comes not from the soundtrack but from a Sandman trade paperback of limited connection to her. I like this skin tremendously, despite the quantities of green that went into making it. |

During the space of one episode, I went from indifference to Crim to... well, a crush of sorts. I refuse to let him replace Bear in my affections, but it's taking some conscious effort to make sure he doesn't. Making this skin, I started wondering why I didn't get there any sooner. The guy combines the most noteworthy aspects of Vash's hair, Pecival's, and Kenshin's. And he's not subject to angsty song lyrics! Hooray! He may not have a very, er, cooperative color scheme, but I'm kind of happy with the results here. The windowshade bars are a bit irksome, but then, they often are. |

Another from the wallpapers - these were the only skinnable images I've managed to find. I have no idea why I'm so obsessed with text-centric designs lately. I couldn't decide whether to use the lyrics from "Aura" or "A Stray Child" so I went with both for maximum angst-age. And then I picked a title from a third track, without listening to said track first, which was not the best idea I've ever had. (Listen to it yourself. You'll see.) But the title works. |

I made the skin in a burst of affection for Subaru after "Depth" aired. At one point I had some reasoning behind the skin title, but that was at two in the morning. I hope you like the bluish-green color taken from her hair and parts of her outfit, because, as you can see, there is a LOT of it in this. The lyrics in the background are from "Fake Wings," her theme music, but I didn't like that for a title. The image is from one of the wallpapers snagged off the official site. And this skin kicks ass if I do say so myself. Green-blue and all. I love the image-editing I did. Wooo! The screencap compressed badly, though. |
